Infinity Ward and Raven Software have released the latest playlist update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The new update refreshes the store bundles and brings new playlists to MP and Warzone.
Here’s what’s new:

In addition, there’s two new store bundles now live in the in-game store, including a new outfit for Mace Operator and a Gold Weapon Skin Bundle.

The ex-U.S. Ranger and Allegiance fighter is back in Store in a new bundle – ‘Mace: Guns Blazing’. Alongside a menacing new skin for Mace, the bundle includes two Legendary weapon blueprints that can overtake enemies in both Multiplayer and Warzone. Check the Store and pick up the bundle to add this vicious Jackals Operator to your roster, if you don’t already own him, and a haul of new gear.

Infinity Ward has confirmed on Twitter that they are working to fix the extended matchmaking wait times that players have been experiencing in Modern Warfare and Warzone since the April 28 update.
Activision Support first noted on Friday, May 1 that the issue had been resolved, but many players are still experiencing issues and extended wait times while matchmaking.
Joe Cecot, MP Director at IW, has confirmed on Twitter that they have identified the problem and are working on a fix.
Activision Blog has posted the latest This Week in Call of Duty post highlighting what fans can expect in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone.
This week sees an updated playlist selection in MP and Warzone for fans to try out different modes in the game, after Season 3 Reloaded update went live last week on April 28. New playlists include Demolition and Shipment 24/7, and in Warzone, Plunder Blood Money returns.
This week will also see new store bundles, including a new outfit for Operators and a new Vehicle skin, and more.
Activision has also announced the latest Live From Warzone events featuring many different streams and more this week for fans to watch throughout the week on both YouTube and Twitch.

Demolition represents tactical chaos at its finest, as players attempt to outsmart and overpower the other team. Do you all rush in together, or split up and cover the map? Trios Plunder Blood Money returns to Verdansk, rewarding you with more Cash for taking down enemies. Or drop into Battle Royale in an all-out fight for survive in Solos, Trios, and Quads. Looking for more ways to gain XP, gear, or blueprints for your loadout? Complete missions, daily challenges, and weekly challenges to gain a boost to ranking up and other gear while battling it out in Verdansk.
Get more action in the other updated Modern Warfare playlists. Practice your skills with a unique set of blueprints in Gun Game Reloaded. In this all-blueprint battle, get a kill with each weapon to progress through the set. Just don’t get melee’d or finished because you’ll suffer the humiliation of being demoted a weapon. Then, this ‘Ship’ just got a little more chaotic. Join the fun in the 24/7 Shipment playlist to play a mix of modes on this small map where the action never stops.

A weekly round-up of streams giving you action #LiveFromWarzone. Watch the combat in Verdansk that starts Tuesday of this week with the Bud Light Seltzer Charity stream. Tune in to the first charity stream on Tuesday, then the next on Thursday of this week. Both are available to watch on Twitch.

Users who connect their Call of Duty: Mobile account to the same Call of Duty account linked to their Modern Warfare & Warzone profile will receive a new watch to use in Warzone and Modern Warfare.
A fitting item for this Season, players can get a distinct Call of Duty: Mobile themed in-game watch which can be equipped for use in Modern Warfare including Warzone. To get the watch players must link their Call of Duty: Mobile account to the same Call of Duty account they use for Modern Warfare including Warzone.

This new playlist update has activated a Double XP Weekend in-game for all players across all online modes!
LIVE now through May 4 at 10AM PT is:

Double Weapon XP
2X Tier Progression
Level up and progress through the Battle Pass System this weekend with Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass Tier Progression earn rate. Jump into any playlist available in Modern Warfare including Warzone starting on May 1 at 10 AM PT until May 4 at 10AM PT.
UPDATED – 5/1 at 11:30PM ET: Although Activision Support has said the issue is resolved, users are still reporting extended wait times and after the reported fix are seeing even longer matchmaking searches and issues. Activision Support has not said what’s happening at this time.

Following the newest patch update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone, many players are reporting that there are issues with matchmaking.
Users are reporting that there is now an extended wait time to get in games, across any mode, after the newest patch update that released on April 28.
Players are reporting that the game starts with Searching matchmaking and keeps increasing ping threshold as it searches for a game, but continues to take extended times in order to find a proper game for users.
We’ve seen numerous people with this issue – across Twitter and Reddit, and we’ve also experienced this ourselves playing Warzone this week.
Infinity Ward confirmed on their Trello board that they are aware of a new issue that has popped up after this week’s new update, which went live on April 28.
The April 28 update has an issue where voice chat no longer works in game, causing players in cross play lobbies to have difficulties in communicating with their friends.
The Trello board has been updated to confirm that they are aware of it and trying to fix this issue now.
The bonus rewards in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone for watching Twitch streams offer is back, live now through May 6th.
To celebrate the Season 3 Reloaded update this week in Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Activision is teaming up with Twitch again to enable drops for select COD Partner streams. Watching select streamers will let you get additional bonus content in game.

Step 3: Watch and Earn: Then, you’ll need to head to Twitch and get a look at the streamers who are playing Warzone. On drop eligible streams you’ll see a callout that “drops are enabled”, so you know you are officially watching and earning. From there, click the stream and enjoy the gameplay. You can watch multiple streamers or one stream but as long as they are “drop eligible” your total watch time will be tallied up, so you can earn rewards.

Activision has provided a first look at new multiplayer playlists that will be coming to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Tuesday, May 5.
First off, this weekend, starting Friday, May 1 at 10AM PT and ending on May 4 at 10AM PT, Infinity Ward is activating Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and 2X Tier Progression in Modern Warfare and Warzone.
And, on May 5 with the next playlist update for MP, three new MP modes debut: Gunfight Knives only, Demolition, and Gun Game Reloaded. The new announcement does not state any changes to Warzone playlists for next week as of now.
